This is themommybiz’s recipe for stretchmark cream! It’s really easy to make. themommybiz: www.youtube.com Here’s the 1/2 recipe because I confused myself in the video.. 4.oz Unrefined Shea Butter 1/2 T. aloe vera 1 & 1/2 T Grapeseed oil 1/2 T. Olive Oil “Big Honkin’ Spoon Full” Raw organic honey Coconut oil (1/3 amount of shea butter) I eyeballed it. ****NOTE~ I put waaaaay too much honey in! lol It made mine very sticky. So just put a little dab in. Mix with cake mixer or hand mixer. Store in microwavable container incase it hardens. Store in cool place. Viola!

TEDxSanAntonio – Stephen Colley – Constructing with Innovation and Indigenous Materials
Posted by admin in green living on 04 19th, 2012
Speaker: Stephen Colley Title of talk: Sustaining San Antonio — Constructing with Innovation and Indigenous Materials About this talk: The idea of living “off-the-grid” is nothing new. “There was a time when everybody was off-the-grid because we didn’t have a grid,” Architect Stephen Colley quips. As it turns out, our ancestors were ahead of their time regarding many green living practices. Adobe, invented in the Arab-Muslim empire and used to build the first homes, is one of the easiest and most-durable materials ever made. In a wry and amusing way, Colley’s talk points out that — in our quest for modern luxury — we humans often make the most ridiculous choices of all. About Stephen Colley: Colley, a South Texas architect and consultant in green design principles, developed the criteria for the Alamo City’s residential green building program. For more information on Colley: www.StephenColley.com About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
