My neighbors are the tools. For 3 months they slammed there door in the face of managet, and on my husband 3 times . They play there stereo so loud my dishes fall off the shelves and there kids have graffitied the entire hallway on our floor. If you can say I am a tool then you live next to them with no sleep and have them slam the door in your face.
