hello eveybody frist time am looking after a restaurant in albufeira and am going to do chistmas dinner?
what do you think i should have on the menu thank you
Turkey in a rich plum sauce with some sort of wild rice and a white wine or Champlain. Desert should be some sort of spice cake

Make a turkey and a ham. And for the sides make mashed potaotos, some sort of vegetables like corn or greenbeans, maybe greenbean casserole and stuffing. Dont forget the cranberry sauce. Make some deviled eggs. My grandma always put out a bowl of olives. For dessert make pumpkin pie and cheesecake.
