wat are the consequences of burglary of habitation as a 15 year old?
Posted by admin in habitation on 11 28th, 2009help me plz wat all could happen? is it possible 2 not get prison time
It all depends on what state you’re in and what degree of burglary was committed. First 1st degree burglary ( that is entering any place where someone lives, is intending to live in, or someone uses to live, like a barn or a shed, even a tent) and in California can be punishable up to 2,4, or 6 years in prison if you’re an adult. 2nd Degree burglary is more when a building is uninhabited, is a maximum of one year in jail or strict probation or fines. They really really don’t like to give minors any big jail time, so you’ll probably just spend maybe a week in Juvie and then do some strict probation. However, it also depends on a lot of factors, like if you had a weapon, what/if you took anything, whether people were int he house at the time ect ect
